Up until March 2022, my wife and I had been tenants at a couple of properties let by ByChoice in Sudbury. We had initially moved into our first rental property the area under a different letting agent and, when we our property was transferred over to ByChoice, we were a little apprehensive as we had bad experiences with this kind of transfer before. However, we were very pleasantly surprised by the service ByChoice provided.

Whenever we had an issue with one of our properties (which was rare) or a query, the team at ByChoice in Sudbury were always quick to respond, very helpful, professional, and friendly. The 2 properties we lived in were of great quality and suited our needs of having a growing family. Had we not had the opportunity to get on the property ladder through the HTB scheme on a new-build property, my wife, son, and I would have lived at our last property with them indefinitely. When we did notify them of our intention to buy and move out, they were very receptive, understanding, and flexible with our situation.

We chose By Choice Haverhill as we liked their property ads the most on Rightmove.
The team were very helpful from the start and gave us a great valuation.
We proceeded to put our house on the market with them. The manager Matt came to do the photos and video. It was online the next day. We soon had lots of interest and viewings booked in. The Keeleigh and Jordan were in constant contact with us. Our house Sold STC within 6 days of being on the market. We got full asking price.

Dear sir madam we together both laura and I have been involved in the most stressful move possible including a guy pulling out days before a previous attempt to complete which gave us only days to find an alternative property everybody along this arduous road including our own representation has been incredibly poor until the point we met Olivia. We have been buying a property listed by By Choice and it has been a bit of a complicated case (by no fault of the estate agents). We are also first time buyers, so this is completely new to us.
I honestly cannot recommend by choice enough. The whole way through the team have been so on the ball, even more so than our solicitor! Charlotte & Abi, in particular, have been amazing. They are so knowledgeable, friendly, hard working, personable and professional. The communication we had with them the whole way through was outstanding and I really believe they have gone above and beyond in their roles. From the very beginning Olivia has been fantastic – we both work long days and her willingness to work around us was super! We are both first time buyers with very little knowledge of the housing industry – and at every stage Olivia was able to explain options and help me understand what came next.

She would keep us up to dated (good or bad) about the moving process and shared out frustrations when things slowed down out of our control. However, I had no doubt Olivia with the help of Ross were doing everything they could.

Haverhill Bychoice have been the Letting Agents for my property for the past year. Melanie, the Lettings Manager is always quick to act, efficient in whatever is required and very helpful with advice and suggestions. She has a team of local trades for any maintenance that arises at a reasonable cost, unlike my previous Agents who would get trades in from Cambridge or even as far as Peterborough so their charges were always higher. There are always challenges when letting out your property, but Melanie takes the stress and hassle out of it. I have used a few Lettings Agents and Melanie has been the most helpful of them all! Highly recommended.

As first time buyers the experience of buying a house can be very overwhelming. By choice have been absolutely fantastic with quick viewings and quick response times. Hi have only been with Bychoice since October 2019 but they have been excellent I cannot say a bad word about them, I have had a few house repairs required but are sorted straight away with no issues and Mel is fantastic and always there to help.
