The Brief
With months of pricings and advise on the build before the site was purchased we were extremely happy to be a big part on helping sell to the scheme of six units in the extremely popular rural village of Brettenham through the Essex based developers Granville Developments.

The development consisted a range of three, four and five bedroom properties with plenty of open green spaces surrounding the properties. The properties ranged from 1100sq/ft for the three bedroom terrace to 2200sq/ft with 2/3’s acre five bedroom detached.
The Results
All six properties were successful on achieving exchanged buyers before build completion with many achieving over the initial marketing asking price. Completions took place upon building sign off.
