The Brief
Instructed by Essex based Granville Developments Bychoice were instructed for their local knowledge and connections to the village. The development was advertised via both Sudbury & Bury St Edmunds branches with a full marketing schedule that was followed from start which included early marketing to registered buyers, window displays, Rightmove feature properties and many more additional marketing extras.

The rural development consisted a mixture of bungalows and detached three and four bedroom properties with carports and off road parking to the front with Suffolk countryside views to the rear.
The Results
With the help of very early marketing the site was successful on achieving sales on all five properties before completion of build.
