Working alongside the well established Essex based developers Sudbury Homes, we were delighted to not only find them the land but to be reinstructed on the sale of all ten units. From designing the hoardings & CGI’s Bychoice were involved in all parts of the marketing.

Located in the West Suffolk village of Cockfield this development consisted of a mixture of three bedroom & four bedroom semidetached ad detached properties which proved popular with all levels of buyers.
The Results
All 10 plots were successfully exchanged before building sign off and completed upon receipt of the sign off certificates.

What our Client Thought
Bychoice have been a real asset to me and my development company, from finding me the land (which at the time was marketed with another corporate agent) to managing the land acquisition where they were always on had to help with any general questions and queries we had due to us not being local to the area. Since purchasing the land we reinstructed Bychoice (Bury St Edmunds) to organise and operate the sales of our new build site which in return has led to a good amount of interest in preparation to our launch date in April.
I would happily use Bychoice for all my sites in this area in the future.
