The Brief
We were delighted to have been instructed by Essex based developer Beagrie & Co in the development on the outskirts of Sudbury Suffolk. Bychoice helps with early boarding at the front of the development followed by internal and external CGI’s. The developers were helped with our local Sudbury branch to maximize the development to achieve the best scheme possible.

Three four bedroom detached properties with integral garages which were all over 2000sq/ft in size. The properties benefitted from Sudbury meadow views to the rear, two ensuites, parking and fine internal finish.
The Results
All three properties achieve above asking price and tied in sales completion upon building completion with exchanges taking place prior.
