The Brief
After helping to secure the land for the Suffolk based developers New2U Homes, Bychoice helped with the layout of both properties whilst also designing a front CGI and custom sales board.

Two large three bedroom semi detached properties which were aimed at the family demographic. With large bedrooms, ensuites and plenty of recreation rooms both units proved very popular.
The Results
Both properties received offers over the anticipated market value and exchanges took place with both sets of buyers before completion of build.
