Working with established developers Marden Homes, we were asked to work along their marketing to department to dispose of the open market sales units.
From initial launch events and manning the sales office to arrange key handovers on completion, we were relied upon to achieve optimum pricing and uphold there strong beliefs and clients relations.

Property type were from 2 bedroom terraces homes to large executive 3 bedroom detached houses.
After a lengthy delays, the first units were reserved at the initial open event with the all units being reserved before practical completion.
