Bychoice were pleased to have been the chosen agent from a number of agents in the area to work with the Essex based developers Foxley Group who are based in Much Haden. With builds already being completed it was a task of securing buyers and proceeding through to completion including key handover.

The Results
After a weekend launch and open house we achieved a high level of viewing numbers which lead to quick sales on both properties above the initial marketing asking price. Both sales were completed within a quick timescale.
