The Brief
We were delighted to work very closely with the very popular Essex based developers D Mason Developments. Marketing started very early with coming soon signage and front CGIs being produced with a full marketing schedule set out from the start. The marketing then led on to internal CGI’s, photographs and registering the properties with Help to buy and sticking to the schedule we were on hand to help from the first footings being dug to the final sale completion.
The Site

The development consisted of four properties, two large 2300sq/ft four bedroom detached houses with garages with a pair of semidetached properties in between which were 1500sq/ft. All properties were finished to an incredibly high spec internally and externally.
The Results
All properties achieved sales prior to building completion at asking price with the result ending with extremely happy buyers and sellers.
