Haverhill Bychoice have been the Letting Agents for my property for the past year. Melanie, the Lettings Manager is always quick to act, efficient in whatever is required and very helpful with advice and suggestions. She has a team of local trades for any maintenance that arises at a reasonable cost, unlike my previous Agents who would get trades in from Cambridge or even as far as Peterborough so their charges were always higher. There are always challenges when letting out your property, but Melanie takes the stress and hassle out of it. I have used a few Lettings Agents and Melanie has been the most helpful of them all!
